It is highly recommended that ALL State Veterinarians be contacted prior to shipment to or through their states for anyone in a state with a confirmed END outbreak. <p><b><a href="http://www..html"> <p></a><a href="html"><b>CA Baby Bird Law</b></a> <a href="http://"><b> </b> Formerly known as AB 202, this law prohibits the sale of unweaned baby parrots by pet shops unless certain conditions are met. Furthermore, this law prevents the sale of ALL unweaned baby parrots by anyone at bird marts or swap meets.
